Changes

• 1x1 sized home screen widget(dark and light)
• No measurement reset by app restart if home screen widget in use

Home screen widgets

The home screen widgets are a long awaited addition to Ampere. A dark colored and a light (white) colored widgets are available both in 1x1 widget size.

If a widget is present on the home screen the background measurement works although Ampere is not started and measurement reset doesn't happen by app restart.

Recent changes dialogue

A new dialogue has been introduced to inform you about recent changes between versions. If you are not curious about latest news, you can just push the "Never show again" button, and you get no dialogues any more in the future.

If you changed your mind and you would like to get the recent news after updates again, you can switch it on: Settings / Basic settings / Enable recent changes

Ampere v1.46

• New: Setting option for "Hide notification if not charging"

The new "Hide if not charging" option

To hide the notification icon when the device is not charging was an often requested feature. With the new "Hide if not charging" option it is possible in Ampere v1.46 and later versions.

If this new option is switched on and the device goes in a state others than "Charging", then Ampere changes the priority of the notification to minimum priority. In this way, the notification icon is not visible any more on the notification bar if not charging, but the notification is still there if you open the notification area.
